ASPIRE Future Leaders Programme 2026

We’re excited to launch the ASPIRE Future Leaders Programme – a six-month immersive development journey designed to transform how you lead yourself and others.

Running alongside the ASPIRE programme, we have developed the Future Leaders Programme to work with those at an earlier stage of their leadership development. Following the same principles as ASPIRE, FLP can aim to deliver development for those who are leaders of the future, and who will be leading the future.

Since 2018, ASPIRE has helped emerging leaders unlock their potential – with alumni describing it as fundamental to their success. Now, we’ve adapted the programme to include aspiring leaders, and are opening applications for the 2026 cohorts.

Programme includes:

4 days of face-to-face engagement in a large group environment
4 half-days day to cover self-directed learning and Action Learning Sets
½ day to cover a Personal Project – related to current organisation/sector
2 x one-to-one with programme facilitator focussing on individual development plan and application of key learning

📍 Key Dates & Locations

Cohort 1: January 2026 – June 2026. Key dates are 14-15 January 16^th April and 16^th June for the face-to-face components, at Bore Place in Kent and The Foundry in Vauxhall, London.

Cohort 2: October 2026 – March 2027. Key dates are 13-14 October 14^th January 2027 and 4^th March for the face-to-face components, at Bore Place in Kent and The Foundry in Vauxhall, London
